Apple Dumpling Croissants
The fall weather here makes me want to bake some goodies, grab a cup of coffee, and curl up with a good book. What better ingredient to use in our baked goodies than apples.

We are doing a fun, week-long apple unit this week and needed a fun, yummy way to celebrate so we decided on these warm apple dumpling croissants. They’re very easy to make, use very few ingredients, and are a big hit at our house!

These pair perfectly with lessons on the apple lifecycle, Johnny Appleseed, and just as a fun, cooler weather treat.
